SZapp now includes 'Blacklist' functionality. This functionality allows you to prevent a user from being able to subscribe to your account or receive communiations via SZapp.
Blacklisting a User
- Log in to your Control Centre and select the Contacts menu tab.
- Search for the contact you would like to Blacklist.
Note: You can search for the contact via their name or email.
- Select their First Name.
- Select 'Edit Contact'.
- Click the 'Disabled' tickbox beneath 'SZapp Sync'.
Note: It is also recommended that you untick the 'Active' and 'Subscribed' tickboxes as well as removing the contact from any groups.
- Click 'Save'.
