General URL (web address) Rules

When editing the URL (web address) for a Media Download item or Web Page, there are a few rules that must be applied to make sure the URL (web address) functions correctly and looks nice on the screen.

1. Limit your URL (web address) to two or three words.
2. The URL (web address) must not have spaces between words. Include a hyphen ( - ) or combine the words together.
3. Use keywords associated with the page.
4. Do not use any special characters (! @ # $ %).
